We're looking for a Shipping & Fulfillment Coordinator to work alongside our fulfillment team and help manage the administrative and computer-based side of our daily shipping operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable with computers, organized, quick to learn, and hungry to grow with a newer company. We move fast. This isn't a corporate environment. You'll work directly with our team, learn how a nationwide food shipping operation works, and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as we grow. What You'll Do Enter and maintain product weights and dimensions Enter and maintain shipping box weights and dimensions Help keep shipping and packaging information accurate in our systems Review orders and assist with selecting the appropriate shipping service Work with Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Ground shipments Understand the cost differences between shipping methods and help prevent unnecessary shipping expenses Review orders for incorrect weights, dimensions, packaging, or shipping methods Assist the fulfillment team with daily administrative work Work inside computer-based order and shipping systems Help organize and maintain shipping data Learn our packaging and cold-chain shipping processes Help identify mistakes or inefficiencies before they cost the company money Assist with other fulfillment and operations projects as the company grows What We're Looking For Very comfortable using computers Organized and detail-oriented Able to learn new software quickly Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and office environment Able to multitask and prioritize Willing to learn the financial side of shipping and understand how shipping decisions affect profitability Dependable and willing to take ownership of responsibilities Positive attitude and comfortable working with a close-knit team Shopify experience is a plus, but not required Shipping, e-commerce, warehouse, logistics, or order-management experience is a plus Who Will Do Well Here We're looking for someone who wants more than just a job.
