Job Description
Description Permanent position for a Shipping Coordinator handling domestic and international order fulfillment for an electronics manufacturer. Pick, verify and pack orders against ERP records and customer requirements. Process shipments through parcel carrier platforms, courier services and LTL freight carriers. Prepare and audit domestic and international shipping documentation. File Electronic Export Information (EEI) through the ACE portal for qualifying export shipments. Flag sales order discrepancies and route them to the responsible party for correction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience with international shipping and export documentation. Experience filing EEI through the ACE portal. Experience with ERP order processing and parcel carrier shipping software. Working knowledge of Incoterms and standard freight terminology. Ability to lift 65 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods. Availability for overtime as required. Non-exempt hourly position. #ERGx
