  • Full time position; 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm.
  • Assist Operations Manager with daily warehouse workflow & efficiency
  • Lead Inventory organization and cycle counts
  • Cross training in different areas of the warehouse and manufacturing departments General Accountabilities
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of the warehouse
  • Act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration
  • Responsible for moving products in /out of overstock
  • Inventory and maintain the stock of shipping supplies Schedule the pick-up of recycling; including that from manufacturing Ensure there are enough pallets and recycling containers for daily operations Preventative and routine maintenance on equipment as needed Maintain work area in a clean, orderly and safe manner and assures proper functioning of warehouse Cross training in the areas of board & paper, shipping & receiving and manufacturing Adhere to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and safety procedures Job Qualifications / Skills Excellent listening, communication and leadership skills Organizational and time management skills Decision making skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities Equipment Usage Fork Truck w/ certification or willingness to obtain Loading Dock Controls Pallet Jack Shrink Wrapper Hand Sealer / Heat Gun Power tools specifically table saw Polar Cutter and manufacturing equipment Physical Demands •Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Demonstrates ability to work in a team-fostered environment with minimal direction or supervision Possess the capability to focus on working efficiently across a multitude of tasks Able to lift and/or move 50 lbs.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
