Direct and support 2nd-shift warehouse associates, forklift operators, and shipping/receiving clerks.

Inventory & Shipping Management:

Oversee picking, staging, loading, and receiving processes for dry ingredient products to guarantee order accuracy and timely dispatch.

Food Safety & Compliance:

Enforce cGMP, SQF, and FDA standards. Ensure allergen control procedures, lot traceability, FIFO protocols, and strict temperature/sanitation controls are executed daily.

Shift Handover & Reporting:

Coordinate seamlessly with 1st-shift supervisors to ensure operational continuity, communicate material shortages, and record daily shift productivity metrics.

Equipment & Facility Safety:

Enforce OSHA guidelines, conduct daily safety walk-throughs, and ensure all material-handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is operated and maintained safely.

Team Development:
