Lornamead, Inc. manufactures and supplies, hair care, skin care, oral care, and bath products in America. The company offers toothpastes, teeth whitening products and oral analgesics for drug chains, and national food retailers. The company is headquartered in New York, with a manufacturing facility in Tonawanda, New York. Lornamead is a US division of Meiyume who is a global beauty company across major cities across the globe.

Your Challenge:

Leading the activities of warehouse team members in accordance with company SOP's in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment Maintaining safety standards, ensuring team members follow standard. Job training for all team members Coaching and providing technical expertise to resolve warehouse/logistics issues and creates/ensures corrective actions are implemented and effective Creating a high morale workplace with the highest ethical standards Executing scheduled plans ; conducting performance evaluations, set shift goals and expectations Management of employee performance, discipline and development Acting as a member of the management team and performs other duties as directed by Supply Chain Director Insuring appropriate level of accountability for facility goals and objectives at the team members' levels Developing monthly reports to ensure company goals and objective are met for warehouse group. Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in warehouse/logistics supervisory role College degree in applicable field preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Management, etc.) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Office), and ERP system experience required FDA/cGMP familiarity desired Familiarity of Lean concepts
