Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fleet Cleaning Crew Lead to oversee and coordinate the cleaning operations for our fleet of vehicles. This pivotal role involves leading a team of cleaning staff to ensure all vehicles meet the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. As a Fleet Cleaning Crew Lead, you will be responsible for managing daily cleaning schedules, enforcing safety regulations, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Your leadership will ensure our fleet remains in pristine condition, supporting our commitment to professionalism and operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and motivate a team of cleaning staff to deliver efficient and thorough cleaning services for all fleet vehicles Develop and implement cleaning schedules that align with operational needs and safety protocols Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and safety regulations specific to industrial and commercial cleaning environments Monitor compliance with sanitation standards, safety regulations, and company policies during all cleaning activities Conduct quality inspections of vehicles post-cleaning to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, supplies inventory, and safety checks Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and performance management Requirements Proven experience in industrial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a focus on vehicle or fleet sanitation Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial cleaning and vehicle sanitation Excellent communication skills for managerial oversight and customer service interactions Ability to lead by example, motivate staff, and enforce quality standards effectively Familiarity with management of cleaning & sanitation processes within commercial or hospitality settings is preferred Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development Join us as a Fleet Cleaning Crew Lead and play a vital role in maintaining our fleet's professionalism through exceptional cleanliness! Pay:
