Job Summary:
Under general direction and guidance, leads all shift activities and assures the timely shipments of orders processing during respective shift utilizing warehouse management systems. Prepares, monitors, records and reports information regarding shift performance and progress. As necessary, cover other departments and overtime shifts in absence of shift Supervisor. Complete understanding of warehouse management systems, and distribution operations Will work within the Distribution Center and be held responsible for achieving KPI's while monitoring, managing and/or adjusting the workflow on the Distribution floor. Responsible for direct supervision and interaction with employees. Systems thinking will need to be applied to all directives and close interaction with other departments will persist.
