Overview A growing Janitorial Supply Company located in Woodside, Queens is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support a high-volume team Bring innovative ideas to improve processes and productivity Oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment Ensure accuracy in inventory management and shipping/receiving activities Train, coach, and motivate team members Maintain safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory or team leader experience Experience working in a high-volume warehouse environment Strong multitasking and organizational skills RF Scanner experience required Ability to safely navigate a Hi-Lo to move, stack & organize materials & inventory Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities If you are a proactive leader who enjoys improving operations and helping teams succeed, we would love to hear from you! Pay:

$25.44 - $30.64 per hour
