Join Giant Eagle as a Distribution Supervisor supporting our Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement team. In this role, you'll lead warehouse associates to ensure safe, accurate, and on time receiving, put away, selection, and shipping of grocery and convenience store products. You will manage daily labor planning, workflows, and KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and partner closely with transportation and store operations. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse receiving, put-away, selection, and shipping activities Plan labor and assign work to meet productivity, accuracy, and service goals Monitor KPIs and use data to improve performance and reduce costs Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and food handling standards Train, coach, and evaluate associates; support development and retention Partner with transportation and store teams to resolve service issues Drive continuous improvement and standard operating procedures Support staffing, scheduling, and time/attendance processes Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate cycle counts Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and customer service Required Skills Warehouse operations management Inventory control Production planning & scheduling Transportation & logistics coordination Data analysis & KPI tracking WMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Manhattan) Microsoft Excel and reporting Process improvement/Lean methods Safety and OSHA compliance Team leadership and performance management
