Giant Eagle is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead daily operations in our high-volume retail distribution center. In this role, you'll oversee a team of selectors, equipment operators, and support staff to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment for our Giant Eagle, Market District, and GetGo locations. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, monitoring productivity and quality, enforcing safety standards, managing inventory flow, and resolving issues affecting service levels. You'll collaborate with transportation, store operations, and supply chain partners, while coaching team members, supporting development, and driving continuous improvement in a people-first, community-focused culture.
