As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Dock Supervisor who takes pride in organization, leadership, and keeping operations running efficiently behind the scenes. This is a hands-on leadership role at the core of our operation—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that accuracy and accountability drive success. What You'll Do Oversee all dock operations, including staging, loading, and receiving rental equipment Report directly to the general manager Lead and support the dock team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and accountability Verify orders using packing slips and ensure all items are staged correctly for delivery Check in returned equipment with a strong focus on inventory control and quality assurance Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all orders are processed correctly Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating safely Driving Opportunity (Preferred Skill) While this is primarily a dock-based role, driving is important as well : Ability to drive large box trucks is highly valued and expected after DOT qualification Support deliveries as needed to help keep operations running smoothly ODOT certification support provided for qualified team members What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and hold a team accountable Dependable, organized, and self-motivated Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Willingness to work weekends Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test Why Join A&S Party Rental?
