401(k) matching A Snow Plow Route Leader is an on call position. This means the schedule will be flexible with no guaranteed days or hours. Applicant needs to be flexible and available nights, days, weekends and holidays during snow events. The position is responsible for driving a truck with a plow and salt spreader for snow/ice removal. Experience in Commercial Snow Removal is required. You must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job: Experience driving in all winter weather conditions. Respond to communications about upcoming snow events. Monitor the weather to be aware of upcoming snow events. Safely drive a snowplow truck with a salt spreader in various severe weather conditions. Follow all company policies and procedures. Perform any additional duties as assigned.
