This role supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating team activities, maintaining productivity, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Shift Patterns 1st Shift Sunday to Thursday 7:00am to 4:00pm (Hours may change during peak) Pay Rates 21.00 USD hourly Must-have Requirements More than 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment High school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor for shipping schedules and labor requirements Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift Desirable Requirements Previous lead or supervisory experience Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Role Lead and support warehouse associates with daily assignments and workflow Prioritize tasks to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time Monitor productivity, attendance, safety, and overall team performance Train and coach employees on warehouse procedures and safety practices Assist with receiving, picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities If you are looking to contact our onsite team, please visit the site locator on our website.
