A Warehouse or Distribution Supervisor manages daily operations at a warehouse. Hires, trains, and supervises warehouse staff, oversees inventory and the distribution of materials to and from the warehouse.

Equivalent combination of education and warehouse leadership experience will be considered. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required. Experience using
SAP, SAP
HANA, or similar Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, inventory control, and distribution best practices is a plus. Experience Requirements 3-5+ years of warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or supply chain leadership experience. Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience overseeing warehouse teams and daily operations. Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, productivity metrics, and warehouse workflow. Strong understanding of transportation, distribution, palletizing, shipping compliance, load balancing, and retail distribution requirements. Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and develop employees while driving safety, quality, and operational performance. Physical Capabilities Ability to work in a manufacturing and distribution center environment. Frequent walking, standing, communication, and interaction with employees throughout the facility. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds independently and up to 80 pounds with assistance. Must have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus on detailed tasks. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all workplace safety standards. Job Duties Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment activities. Optimize warehouse slotting strategies by analyzing product velocity, order frequency, storage requirements, and pick paths to improve efficiency and accuracy. Supervise a team of 20+ warehouse employees by assigning work, creating schedules, monitoring productivity, providing coaching, and managing performance. Maintain inventory accuracy by reviewing records, investigating discrepancies, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Develop and standardize operating procedures (SOPs), track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare operational reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
