Outbound Warehouse Lead

We are currently looking for a professional, motivated Outbound Lead to support our continued growth in our Hudson facility!

Responsibilities:

The hours for this position are 12:00pm to 8:30pm M-F. This is a set schedule with the opportunity for overtime as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Achieve operational goals and metrics related to lines per hour, accuracy, cartons per order, overtime, safety, cleanliness, on-time shipping
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards
• Manage and coordinate picking, packing, small parcel, and/or LTL
• Support ICQA operations with Cycle Counts and inventory management
• Participate in daily communication with the team
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to all outbound staff
• Identify and communicate improvement opportunities
• Maintaining an organized work area
• Communication with customer service and other departments
• Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs with assistance
• Other duties as assigned Ideal candidates are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency, accuracy and attention to details.

Forklift/order selector experience is a plus.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
