3002579759-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Abercrombie & Fitch seeks a Distribution Center professional to support high-volume retail and e commerce fulfillment. In this role, you'll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time and in full. You'll monitor KPIs, troubleshoot bottlenecks, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. Responsibilities Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping for retail and e commerce orders. Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and ensure proper cycle counting and product handling. Track and report on operational KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, productivity, and safety metrics. Lead and support warehouse associates by assigning tasks, providing on-the-floor guidance, and reinforcing best practices. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while maintaining a clean, organized facility. Collaborate with transportation, merchandising, and store/e commerce teams to prioritize workloads and resolve issues. Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce cost. Assist with labor planning, scheduling, and training of new team members on systems, equipment, and procedures.
