Obetz, OH Qualification of Bilingual Team Lead - Textile Department Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Previous team lead, supervisory, textile, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties throughout the shift. Ability to effectively communicate with employees and management. Ability to follow established safety and production procedures. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. About the Bilingual Team Lead - Textile Department Role As a Bilingual Team Lead - Textile Department, your responsibilities will include: Supervise and support employees within the Textile Department. Communicate daily assignments, expectations, and production goals. Assist with training and onboarding new employees. Monitor workflow, productivity, and product quality. Ensure employees follow established safety policies and procedures. Communicate with employees and management in both English and Spanish. Address employee questions and concerns. Report workplace or production issues to management. Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment. Assist with additional department duties as needed.
