Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Receiving Supervisor to join our team in Norman, United States. In this supervisory role, you will oversee all receiving operations, manage warehouse staff, and ensure the accurate and efficient processing of incoming shipments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, operational expertise, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the receiving department and warehouse staffOversee the receipt, verification, and documentation of all incoming shipments and inventoryEnsure accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders and packing slipsManage receiving schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to meet operational targetsMaintain organized and accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)Enforce compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policiesTrain, mentor, and evaluate receiving team members to ensure consistent performanceIdentify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce errorsCoordinate with procurement, warehouse, and quality assurance departments to resolve discrepanciesMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on receiving operationsConduct regular audits of receiving procedures and inventory accuracyAddress and resolve customer and vendor inquiries related to shipments and deliveriesQualifications3+ years of experience in warehouse, receiving, or logistics operations2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experienceProficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking softwareStrong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze data and identify operational inefficienciesKnowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse compliance requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsForklift certification or willingness to obtain certificationProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesPhysical ability to perform warehouse duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds regularlyAdditional InformationBosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
