Warehouse Lead is a full-time position and is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials, tools, and small equipment. Warehouse Lead supports field construction operations and plays a vital role in the success of our overall company operations. This position ensures that the warehouse operates efficiently by maintaining accurate inventory levels, overseeing logistics, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to reduce material shortages and overstocking Coordinate material needs based on project schedules and communication with project managers. Staff management
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety. Safety & Compliance
- Enforce OSHA standards and company-specific safety procedures across warehouse and operational activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Lead or in a similar leadership role. Preferred construction industry experience. Strong background in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards. Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers and/or supervisors with other duties as required. Clean driving record ( please see the "Attention Motor Vehicle Drivers" section below for additional information ). Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and pre-employment physical and drug testing.Work Environment/Physical Demands:

Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, including exposure to inclement weather. Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability to shifting project needs.Strength :
Capable of routinely lifting and carrying construction materials weighing 50 pounds or more.Flexibility :
Capable of walking up and down stairs, standing, sitting, climbing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, twisting, bending, lifting, and/or carrying during the course of a shift.Dexterity :
Capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously.Endurance :
Capable of performing assigned duties for eight hours or more at a time; ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.Responsiveness:
Capable of identifying through sight, sound, smell, and/or touch, and reacting quickly to, situations.Communication :
Capable of verbally asking questions, responding to questions, relaying information, and responding to and alerting others of hazardous situations.Mental :
