floor Supervisor to join the night shift Operations team in our refrigerated warehouse. This role will work in the office and directly on the warehouse floor to assist management with overseeing, planning and organizing order selecting activities and shipping work flow in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Tuesday through Friday 5:00p start / Saturday 2:00pm start In this position, the ideal candidate will be responsible for: Overseeing nightly shipping operations and supply chain processes. Monitor and work with the selector team to ensure timely shipping. Accurately process and organize all related documents. Coordinate workflow efforts with the warehouse Manager. Be proficient in typing and use of Microsoft office. Other functions as assigned by the Manager. Candidates must possess the following requirements to be considered: High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1-2 years recent experience in product selection and shipping. Ability to use an electric, stand-up pallet jack and high reach forklift. Strong knowledge of safety and equipment compliance. Strong attention to detail, team planning and organization. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Must be available to work a shift that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Must be at least 18 years of age. Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed during interviews.
