PM Duties/Responsibilities:

Leading a department of 10+ warehouse workers Assign, monitor, and evaluate workflow of the department Train employees on procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures Maintain and complete documentation as needed. Hands-on involvement in all aspects of distribution Monitor and oversee the shipping/receiving of inbound and outbound shipments Maintain, review and complete paperwork required for the shipping/receiving process Use of a computer system to input, retrieve and evaluate information. Performs other duties as assigned

Initiative Basic Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of basic warehouse equipment such as pickers, forklifts and reach trucks Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in heavy volume distribution. 1+ year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) Must have open availability and flexibility with working hours and schedule Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus

Physical Requirements:
