4 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Compensation:
$25 per hour with a Quarterly Bonus (Individual Performance and Overall company performance)
Job Summary:
As an Onsite Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations and fostering positive relationships with our client companies and temporary employees. This position requires a dynamic individual who is skilled in communication, problem-solving, and customer service and relationship building. The Onsite Supervisor will act as a liaison between the staffing agency, clients, and temporary workers to ensure a seamless and efficient staffing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on staffing initiatives, address concerns, and gather feedback.
Onsite Presence:
Be present at client locations to oversee the staffing operations and ensure that service levels meet or exceed expectations. Act as the main point of contact for both clients and temporary employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Contact absent staff daily for status of return or pending vacancy.
Staffing Coordination:
Collaborate with the staffing team to identify suitable candidates for client positions. Facilitate the onboarding process for temporary employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of temporary employees on-site. Address performance issues and provide constructive feedback to ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to staffing, communication, or performance. Work closely with both clients and temporary employees to find mutually beneficial solutions.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay informed about industry trends and changes that may impact staffing operations.
Reporting:
Generate and maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing activities. Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients on key performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and enhance the overall staffing experience.
Qualifications:
 Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or a similar role is preferred.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.  Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.  Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.  Proficiency in using recruitment software (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications (Basic Excel proficiency required), experience with adapting to new systems and Apps  This Onsite Supervisor role requires a candidate who can thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment, fostering positive relationships while ensuring efficient staffing operations.
