At Keter , we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ellwood City, PA warehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are executed accurately, product is handled with care, and a small, dedicated team is supported and developed. What You'll Do:

Manage the daily operations of a single warehouse location in Ellwood City, PA. Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 4-8 warehouse associates. Ensure accurate and timely inbound and outbound deliveries. Maintain product integrity by preventing damage and ensuring order accuracy. Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, and transportation partners. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility. Monitor performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements. Utilize SAP and warehouse systems to manage inventory, shipments, and reporting.

What We're Looking For:

A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment. Prior experience managing a warehouse or distribution operation. Experience supervising and mentoring hourly associates. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. SAP experience required; WIS and e-commerce experience a plus. Ability to develop SOPs, training plans, and consistent work practices. Working knowledge of DOT and PennDOT compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervision. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
