Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Inventory Control Supervisor, Pharmaceutical Warehouse Supervisor, or Pharmaceutical Warehouse Manager Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical operations experience at the team lead, supervisor, or manager level Experience managing pharmaceutical records and documentation Strong inventory control and warehouse operations background Job Duties Supervise daily distribution center operations, including planning, organizing, and workflow management Oversee picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment activities Monitor product deliveries and ensure orders are routed correctly Manage shipping documentation and pharmaceutical records Ensure compliance with company protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse associates Support recruiting, hiring, and employee development efforts Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues Perform additional supervisory duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Distribution Center Supervisor. Physical Capabilities Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
