Summary As a Fulfillment Lead at FlagZone LLC, you will be an integral part of our operations team in ensuring the efficient processing and distribution of our high-quality flag products. This role is essential in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service and quality to our customers. Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance to employees in the department. Maintain a positive atmosphere and promote teamwork in the department. Delegate workflow and review the progress of delegated tasks daily. Strong organizational skills and multitasking. Maintain accurate inventories and be able to resolve any discrepancies. Assist in production reporting, including work orders, sales orders, and transfers. Ensuring operation of equipment by calling maintenance for repairs. Approving employee timesheets, PTO requests, and ensuring department coverage when employees are on leave. Adhere to all safety guidelines. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Proven experience in inventory management within a warehouse or distribution center environment. Strong understanding of logistics processes and fulfillment operations. Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety regulations in a warehouse setting is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment. Experience with process improvement initiatives is beneficial but not required. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
