Apply Now About this role: This role will be on a night shift that rotates 12 hoursa day, 3 days one week, alternates 4 days the next week. Our teams keep the digital economy running around theclock without interruption. We are seeking a Data Center Team Leader to lead one of ourspecialized technical operations. This critical role requires a professionalwith deep, hands-on data center experience. You must understand complexinfrastructure like cooling systems, redundant power supplies, and strictuptime requirements. In this role, your technical expertise will directly protectour clients' most valuable digital assets. You will lead skilled engineeringteams and manage complex vendor networks. Your background in criticalenvironments will ensure we maintain our industry-leading operationalstandards.
Ensure that work is complete, equipment is fully functional, and client spaceis in prime working condition. Review monthly service request summaries to identify andaddress recurrent operational problems. Formulate and implement a preventative maintenance programto ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life. Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, andplumbing to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities andachieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client. Review assigned work orders. Estimate time andmaterials needed to complete repairs. Maintain an inventory of adequatesupplies and tools and order necessary materials. Assist team with complex repairs, emergencies, andpreventive maintenance. Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new,better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives. Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depthknowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function. Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise inmost or all areas within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with

What You'll Do :

What You'll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered. Prior shift manager orsupervisory experience preferred. Meet the physical requirements of this role includingstooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability tolift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advancedinquisitive mindset. Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildlycomplex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-relatedcalculations. Ability to impact a range of customer, operation,project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.Capability to work within broad guidelines and policies.
