$23-$25/hour based on experience. Receive and inspect inbound shipments, ensuring products are accurate and ready for customers Operate a forklift/tow motor to load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse Pull, prepare, and organize orders for customer pickup and delivery Manage inventory and help maintain an organized, efficient warehouse Build relationships with trade professionals and provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone Assist customers with product questions, quotes, orders, and showroom needs Support sales and business development efforts by helping grow member relationships and identifying opportunities to add value Work closely with the Sales Manager and showroom team to deliver an exceptional customer experience Keep the warehouse and showroom clean, safe, and professional while following all safety procedures.
