The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for Outbound/Inbound activities within the Warehouse. This position will oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including maintaining inventory, Shipping, and Receiving finished good.

Primary Responsibilities:

Directing operational aspects of the facility; supervising up to 10 associates Planning, monitoring, and managing actual performance against operational standards Proper management of departmental staffing levels, overtime, and overall operational headcount assuring the attainment of facility productivity, quality, and safety objectives Leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing teammates on job functions/procedures to achieve objectives and productivity goals Understand, support, and execute all work according to the established procedures of the organization Implement and maintain department policies and standards Identify and escalate errors that impact team's ability to timely and accurately execute work Leading operational initiatives to ensure on-time shipment goals are met Supporting operational initiatives to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time goals Monitor picking and packing work queue and reassign resources as needed to ensure timely completion of work

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Minimum of 2 years of related experience with an Associates degree or lower/ Minimum 1 year of related experience with a BA/BS or higher 2 years of leadership experience Advanced experience using Microsoft applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) Experience in various Warehouse Management (WMS) software Excellent written/verbal/teaching skills with attention-to-detail Effective problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills Positive attitude, self-motivated and eager to succeed with a team Ability to multi-task, set project priorities, goals and objectives for self and staff
