Job Summary Responsible for the materials management function as it relates to planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of materials.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains optimum inventory level for fulfillment items and supplies. Performs physical inventories on a regular basis, to verify inventory records and correct discrepancies. Issues monthly reports on storeroom activity. Unpacks supplies and stock bins and cabinets. Organizes and maintains inventory of all samples and products. Coordinates and validates accuracy of receiving reports. Create Purchase Orders for materials such as samples, fulfillment items, and Promotional pieces coordinating with Cenveo and Capital One Researches competitive pricing for all orders placed (when or if needed). Matches Invoice/Receiver/PO for accuracy. Determines material needs from packaging orders. Lift up to 65 pounds

ADDITIONAL DEPARTMENT OR POSITION-SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Complies with safety rules and regulations; wear steel toed shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, shields and gloves as needed, is not involved in horseplay, is cautious when near equipment and machines, always makes sure safety guards and contractors are in place and operational. Maintains clean work station and housekeeping in work area. All other duties as assigned.

The employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals and heat.
