This is a hands-on, fast-paced position and serves as the final set of eyes on our products before they reach our customers . The ideal candidate takes pride in getting the details right while keeping work moving. This position requires someone who can move with speed and accuracy, use good judgment, communicate effectively, and remain organized under pressure. The role also requires comfort working with computers and the ability to learn the systems used to process, invoice, and ship customer orders. Key Responsibilities Perform a final visual inspection of completed eyewear before shipment. Carefully clean glasses and ensure each product meets presentation and quality expectations. Identify defects, inconsistencies, or other concerns and communicate issues quickly so they can be resolved. Package eyewear neatly, consistently, and according to company standards. Verify that the correct eyewear, components, accessories, and documentation are matched to each customer order. Process completed orders using company computer systems. Accurately invoice orders and verify that billing information corresponds with the products being shipped. Prepare shipments, generate shipping labels, and confirm that each package is being sent to the correct customer using the appropriate shipping method. Maintain a fast and efficient workflow to ensure completed orders are shipped on time. Prioritize rush orders and other time-sensitive work while maintaining accuracy. Communicate quickly and clearly with Production, Customer Service, and other team members regarding questions, discrepancies, or potential delays. Use good judgment to resolve routine issues and recognize when additional guidance is needed. Adapt positively to changes in procedures, systems, products, priorities, and daily workload. Maintain a clean and organized work area and monitor necessary packaging and shipping supplies. Assist with additional production and shipping responsibilities as needed. What Success Looks Like Success in this position means balancing speed with accuracy . Orders need to move quickly, but they also need to leave our facility clean, correct, professionally presented, properly invoiced, and headed to the right customer. The Production & Shipping Coordinator is someone the team can rely on to keep work moving. They notice details, communicate problems quickly, make smart decisions, and adjust when priorities change. They understand that they are the final quality checkpoint before our work reaches the customer and take pride in that responsibility. Pay:
