Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of picker/packers, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on schedule. Assign work, monitor productivity, and provide hands-on direction and support to warehouse personnel. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment while ensuring proper inventory handling and workflow. Provide approximately 10% support and oversight to the Service Department, assisting with workflow coordination and priorities. Requirements 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environment, with prior supervisory or lead experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively direct and motivate a team. Experience with order fulfillment, picking/packing, inventory, shipping/receiving, or similar warehouse operations.
