Role:

We are seeking Temporary Associate Supervisors to support daily operations by coordinating and guiding a team of approximately 50 temporary associates. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring tasks assigned by management are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and support a team of ~50 temporary associates during daily operations. Communicate and reinforce directives provided by upper management. Ensure assigned tasks are completed correctly and on schedule. Provide on-the-floor guidance, answering questions and offering support to associates. Promote teamwork and a positive work environment. Serve as a liaison between associates and leadership.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a lead, coordinator, or supervisory support role preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and support team members. Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
