CVS Health is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams in our Transportation & Logistics network. In this on-site role, you will oversee daily distribution center activities-staffing, inventory flow, picking, packing, and shipping-to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time delivery of products that support patients' health. You will manage performance, coach associates, track KPIs using WMS and related systems, and champion a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Oversee daily distribution center operations within the warehouse to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets Lead, schedule, and coach warehouse associates, providing feedback, training, and performance management Monitor inventory flow, order picking, packing, and shipping accuracy to support on time deliveries Ensure compliance with CVS Health policies, OSHA standards, and GMP/safety procedures Use WMS and related systems to track KPIs, identify issues, and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with transportation, supply chain, and store support teams to resolve service issues Assist with labor planning, staffing, and shift assignments to meet volume demands Support implementation of Lean/continuous improvement projects and standard work Maintain a clean, organized, and audit ready warehouse environment Generate and review reports on productivity, errors, and service levels Required Skills Warehouse operations management Distribution center processes Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Inventory control Staff scheduling and workforce planning Performance management and coaching Data analysis and KPI tracking Lean/continuous improvement methods OSHA/safety compliance Microsoft Excel and reporting
