We don't just provide vehicles—we also provide the training, resources, and direction to help drivers maximize their earnings. Job Summary RideShare Carz is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support daily fleet and customer operations in our Phoenix location. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing vehicle check-in/check-out, maintaining fleet condition standards, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. This role is critical to our success—we are looking for someone who is reliable, accountable, and takes ownership of the operation every day. Pay $20.00
  • $24.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional performance-based incentives may be available based on attendance, documentation accuracy, and fleet condition standards. Schedule Monday
  • Friday:
    8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM (PST)
Saturday:
9:00 AM
  • 1:00 PM In-office / on-site position (not remote) Key Responsibilities Manage daily vehicle check-in and check-out process Inspect vehicles and take photos documenting condition Ensure all agreements and documents are complete and signed Track fleet status and availability Report damage or maintenance needs Provide professional customer service Maintain organized and professional site operations Qualifications Strong reliability and punctuality
REQUIRED
