This Warehouse Coordinator role at a busy Kenosha distribution center may be a perfect fit for you! This company manages warehouse logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment for major brands. This temp-to-hire position is based in a fast-paced, collaborative front-office environment. In this role, you will review online customer orders, verify inventory allocations, approve eligible orders, and maintain accurate tracking information. Your attention to detail will help ensure orders are processed accurately and customers receive timely shipment information. You will receive training on proprietary software and support from the Client Services Manager, Warehouse Production Coordinator Lead, and account team. After you demonstrate a clear understanding of the job, a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home may be available with manager approval.

Warehouse Coordinator Duties:

Review online orders and compare requested products with allocated inventory Approve eligible orders and escalate inventory ownership issues to the Account Production Coordinator Maintain accurate order quantities and inventory allocations in Microsoft Excel tracking documents Enter shipment tracking numbers from Advanced Shipping Notice emails into customer orders Complete additional order entry and data management tasks as assigned

Schedule:

Day Shift Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay:

$24.00 to $25.00 per hour

Warehouse Coordinator Requirements:
