Maintains inventory control of all finished goods.
Ensures all trucks are properly loaded and secured in accordance with load plan. Ensures shipments are packed properly and protected against damage in transit.
Ensures stock locator system is maintained and updated.
Reports and investigates all accidents/ incidents, and completes accident/ incident reports in a timely manner and submits to human resources.
Maintains neat, clean, safe and tidy work environment throughout warehouse.
Maintains labor budget requirements.
Coordinates weekly cycle counts with staff to ensure accuracy. Qualifications Requires High School Diploma or GED.Requires 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a back-up position (ex., Team Lead or Asst. Supvr.). Requires experience driving a forklift.
Requires a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must have leadership level general competencies in accountability, customer service, integrity and honesty, and quality focus. Must have leadership level functional competencies in interpersonal skills, knowledge of warehouse/shipping process, planning and organizing, and warehouse safety.

Job Description
D Shift Warehouse Supervisor:
12 hour night shifts from 7pm-7am, rotating shift, must be able to work every other weekend.Pay:
$85,000-95,000/annually; based on experience.Summary:
Directs and coordinates all warehousing activities and employees. Supervises the storage, inventory control, order filling and shipment to customers for all finished goods.Essential Responsibilities:
