division is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. This role is located at our Jonesville, SC site. No relocation assistance will be provided. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. ## What you'll do: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing shipping, receiving and in-plant material handling operations to ensure timely material movement, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and operational standards.In this role you will:
- Supervise Shipping, Receiving, Material Handling teams to ensure safe and efficient material flow throughout the facility
- Develop and execute daily workforce and staffing strategies by aligning labor resources with workload, production schedules, and customer demand to ensure operational objectives are achieved through effective labor utilization, shift coverage, and workforce allocation
- Develop, standardize, and continuously improve warehouse and material handling processes by creating and maintaining work instructions, ensuring operational consistency and compliance, and driving efficiency through waste elimination and workflow optimization
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop warehouse personnel by implementing effective onboarding programs, evaluating performance and providing feedback, and offering ongoing coaching to build a flexible, skilled, and high-performing workforce
- Develop and manage inventory targets, KPIs, and operational metrics to support production and customer requirements, monitor performance trends, and implement improvement plans that drive inventory accuracy, inventory turns, on-time delivery, labor productivity, order fulfillment accuracy, and safety performance
- Lead warehouse and material operations teams to achieve established goals, objectives, and performance targets by communicating priorities and expectations, reviewing business results, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Develop, implement, and sustain a comprehensive 5S program through effective visual controls, regular audits, and continuous improvement activities to maintain workplace organization, efficiency, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Investigate operational issues, inventory discrepancies, quality concerns, and customer complaints using structured problem-solving methodologies, and develop, implement, and sustain corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence and drive continuous improvement
- Support inventory management and Days on Hand (DOH) reduction initiatives by developing processes to identify and review excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory, executing approved disposition and scrap activities, and partnering with Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance teams to optimize inventory levels and improve working capital performance.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution and five (5) years of supervisor or team lead experience.
- Five (5) years of warehouse management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Three (3) years of SAP experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business field from an accredited university
- SAP experience related to IM and WM inventory management
- Experience in supervising hourly reports
- CPIM Certification
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience with Lean/Six Sigma principles utilizing: consignment, pull systems, Kanban
- Proven analytical, problem solving, project management and facilitation skills.
- Expert knowledge with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of institutional problem-solving tools/processes such as cycle time reduction and process improvement tools: Six Sigma DMAIC methodology, Kaizen, DOE, Pareto Charts, Statistical process control, Process mapping, Tree diagrams, Root cause analysis, Analytical software programs.

- Strong computer skills.
- Understanding of problem-solving methods (A3, 5-Why, root cause analysis).
