This role is responsible for processing orders, managing inventory levels, picking and staging parts, and preparing shipments. Acting as a critical link between warehouse operations and customer service, the coordinator tracks shipments, resolves order discrepancies, and maintains precise records for smooth chain operations. Responsibilities:

• Order processing: Processing, track, and coordinate spare parts orders and kits from receipt to delivery.

• Inventory Control:

  Monitor stock levels, handle replenishment, and assist with physical cycle counts

• Assembly & Staging:

  Pick, stage, and verify parts or assemble basic subassemblies using bills of materials and technical documents

• Cross-Functional Communication:

  Partner with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and prevent delays

• Shipping & Documentation:

  Prepare parts for safe transit, generate shipping labels, and maintain accurate transaction records Working hours: 7:00 AM

• Prior warehouse exp a plus but not required

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail, 2-4 yrs of warehouse or supply chain experience in a manufacturing facility
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems
• Solid interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel,. PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to lift moderate weights up to 40lbs and operate standard warehouse equipment kike manual pallet jacks when required
• Forklift operator certified helpful but not required
• Follow instructions
• Willing to learn new skills Apply and use automated system to schedule interview:
