This role will support the facility's Warehouse Manager by actively supervising and directing floor employees within 3PL warehouse and distribution operations , ensuring daily performance targets, staffing accountability, and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL) environment Proven ability to lead, direct, and develop floor-level employees Experience supporting a warehouse manager or senior operations leader in a fast-paced 3PL or distribution setting Familiarity with inbound and outbound logistics, receiving, and shipping processes Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with the Extensiv WMS, formerly known as 3PL Central, is a plus Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required Strong communication and organizational skills High school diploma required, associate's or bachelor's degree in business or operations management preferred

Responsibilities:
