Full Job Description Foodservice business is booming! We're expanding our team and looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our team! Karat Packaging (Nasdaq symbol 'KRT') by Lollicup USA, Inc, headquartered in Chino, CA is the manufacturer of Karat® food disposable goods and TeaZone® beverage products, the distributor of other leading brands' coffee & tea ingredients, & specializes in custom print and innovative packaging. We have been recognized for our thermoforming plastic capabilities in North America to produce cups and food packaging products that allow us to offer competitive pricing throughout our distribution network (currently 6 regional warehouses are located in CA, HI, NJ, SC, TX, and WA), and services to chain accounts such as Panda Express, Flame Broiler, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and more. Overview The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for providing support for all eCommerce operations. The role will handle much of the day-to-day troubleshooting for eCommerce related matters including, daily and weekly reporting, equipment issues and general troubleshooting. In addition to those tasks the role will include additional operational tasks and other responsibilities to support the eCommerce team. The position will report to the Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities First point of contact regarding eCommerce question and escalations. Will monitor eCommerce email and respond to questions and inquiries, while troubleshooting all reported issues. Responsible for sending daily and weekly KPI reports to eCommerce team and management. Will assist Manager, in maintaining eCommerce standards and practices across warehouse. Strategize and optimize e-commerce warehouse operations such as Slotting, Planning, forecasting, fulfillment, and etc. Coordinate/manage warehouse staff to keep the fulfillment fluently as well as replenishment. Monitor, research and follow up on the status of orders Maintain consistent communications across different departments to ensure information is being passed down and is followed- up Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred; Ecommerce experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong work relationships Above average writing, analytical, problem assessment, and problem‐solving skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to work well alone and as part of the team Ability to gather and monitor information Requires attention to detail and accuracy Required to work on weekends, Other related duties as assigned
COMPENSATION
Up to $19.00/hour DOE + Health/Dental/Vision benefits available after passing three-month probation period. 401(k) available after first year.
