Our work schedule is M-F 7:30a-4:30p.

Fulfillment Team Lead duties include:

• Planning daily efforts for a team of 3+ people to complete packout duties (final details added to products) & packaging and shipping all orders on time. Requires familiarity with the orders in progress and ensuring work is organized efficiently to achieve the goals.
• Using ShipStation postage software to print shipping labels & interact with our order management system to mark existing orders as completed.
• Monitoring inventory of shipping supplies.
• Ensuring the fulfillment space stays clean and in good working order.
• Coordinating efforts with other departments to balance out team assignments as needed.
• Quality control for final inspection of completed pieces prior to packaging. Helpful Skills (must be proficient in these areas or willing to learn/train in the following):
• Knowledge of packaging shipments for safe delivery.
• Knowledge of shipping carriers & how to properly process a shipment for timely delivery.
• Must be detail oriented for final inspections.

From $17.00 per hour
