Shipping Supervisor or Manager Location:
Franklin, NH (On-site)
Type:
Temp-to-Perm (W2) | Full-time (40 hours/week)
Target Start:
Week of September 28, 2026 (as soon as possible)
Pay:
$40-$55/hour , depending on experience Overview We're partnering with a large, publicly traded manufacturing organization seeking a hands-on Shipping Supervisor/Manager to support its Franklin, NH plant during a period of operational and systems transition. Shipping has recently been moved into the Franklin facility (previously handled at a nearby distribution center), and the site has also recently implemented a major ERP system update. This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure, accountability, and day-to-day leadership while improving processes and cross-functional execution. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day shipping operations for a busy manufacturing facility, ensuring on-time and accurate outbound shipments. Help stabilize and improve shipping workflows and documentation during an operational transition. Partner closely with Materials, Purchasing, Operations, and Customer Service to improve coordination and execution. Use the ERP system to support shipping execution and troubleshoot process/system gaps. Identify inefficiencies and implement practical process improvements. Support operational initiatives, including outbound and international shipping projects (where applicable). Train, mentor, and provide direction to team members; drive accountability and results. Qualifications Prior experience in a Shipping Supervisor/Manager role (or similar leadership role within shipping, logistics, materials, or operations). Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where processes are still being refined. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. ERP experience strongly preferred (SAP exposure is required).
