As a Retail Product Support Lead at Bob's Discount Furniture, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to ensure smooth inventory flow and back-end support. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.Work Environment:
This role is based in a retail store warehouse setting. It involves physical work including lifting up to 75 lbs., assembling merchandise, and managing product flow. It also includes cross-functional collaboration with store teams and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 3-5 years of management or team lead experience preferred Proven success in a warehouse or back-end retail environment Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays Mechanically inclined and able to assemble furniture Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely Physical Demands Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 75 lbs.
