TranSouth Logistics is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Lead. The schedule for this position is Mon - Fri from 6 am - 4pm. This individual is responsible for receiving, picking, staging, processing, and packaging of inbound and/or outbound orders. This individual should be able to handle a heavy workload while at the same time meeting and exceeding all TranSouth standards in terms of productivity, quality, customer service, safety, and housekeeping.

Warehouse Lead position responsibilities:

Provide daily hands on support for the department. Responsible for the picking, staging, processing and packaging of all outbound orders. Assign work loads and housekeeping tasks, adjusting resources, resolving problems and ensuring all orders are properly picked, packaged, and staged by the end of the shift. Train and mentor new associates. Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
