 www.airportlogistics.org We're seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to supervise team members, make decisions, and provide excellent customer service at our Nashville International Airport facility. The successful candidate will manage operations at our receiving and redistribution dock, as well as maintain relationships with suppliers and customers. Experience in logistics, airport, warehouse, or related industries preferred. Proficiency in written and oral communication and familiarity with word processing, email, database, and internet software. Ability to lift to 75 pounds, pass a TSA background check, and meet drug, alcohol, and driver's license requirements. Associate degree or equivalent direct work experience in place of education. Your responsibilities as the Warehouse Operations Supervisor will be: Train, lead, and ensure team adherence to all BAL, TSA, airport, and customer regulations and policies. Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, distribution, and performance monitoring. Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency; identify and implement process improvements. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and airport stakeholders to optimize performance and resolve issues. Execute administrative tasks and consistently enforce company policies and procedures.
