Role for Warehouse Lead Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members. Ensure all employees adhere to safety and quality standards. Prepare and set up the warehouse floor for daily operations. Manage employee training and maintain accurate daily headcounts. Monitor operational metrics such as PPH, chute fills, and CPP, and communicate progress to management. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
