Long-term growth opportunity within the company About the Role We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to keep our mid-sized warehouse organized and running efficiently. This person will manage inventory receiving, storage, and accuracy, and daily warehouse readiness, while assisting with fulfillment as needed. We're a small team operating a 30,000 sq ft warehouse, so your work here makes a real, visible impact. Dependability is a must. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, count, label, and put away incoming inventory Load and unload trucks daily as they arrive Check in truckers upon arrival and review BOLs Restock flow rollers and materials at packing stations Maintain accurate inventory records and organized storage locations Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies Keep receiving, packing, staging, and shipping areas clean and orderly Monitor warehouse supplies and equipment Operate forklift, reach truck, box truck, and other warehouse equipment Field incoming calls Ensure warehouse packers are properly staffed each shift, and call in extra help if someone calls out Assist with setting up picking, packing, shipping, returns, and special projects Report damaged products, shortages, and operational issues promptly Qualifications Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred Able to safely operate a forklift, reach truck, box truck, and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus, training available) Strong organization, accuracy, and communication skills Comfortable using inventory software, barcode scanners, and computers Able to work independently and handle changing priorities Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Reliable, dependable, and consistent attendance Compensation & Growth $24-$28/hour, based on experience No benefits at this time; we plan to add benefits in the near future Significant overtime opportunities during Q4 Room for long-term growth and advancement within the company
