Our field technicians are on the road every day — and keeping them in safe, well-maintained, properly equipped vehicles is critical to how we operate. The Role We're looking for an experienced Fleet Coordinator to own the day-to-day management of our rapidly growing service vehicle fleet — This is not a logistics, dispatch, or trucking role. This is a hands-on fleet operations position focused on maintenance management, compliance, procurement, and asset management for a working fleet of pickup trucks, service vans, and utility/service bed trucks used by field technicians. What You'll Own Preventive maintenance scheduling and repair coordination across the entire fleet Vendor relationships with dealerships, upfitters, and service shops Vehicle procurement — spec'ing, ordering, and upfitting new units for field use Title, registration, and licensing compliance for all vehicles across multiple states Fuel card program management and mileage/usage tracking Driver violation monitoring, MVR reviews, and fleet safety policy enforcement Asset disposal — managing trade-ins and auctions for retired vehicles Fleet management software and data reporting (cost per unit, utilization, downtime) Insurance coordination with internal risk/operations teams Who You Are Proficient with fleet management platforms (FORD PRO, Enterprise Fleet, Verizon Connect) 2-5 years managing a fleet of light-duty commercial vehicles (pickups, vans, service trucks) Background in field service, construction trades, utilities, or similar industries You understand the difference between a well-spec'd service truck and a delivery van Familiar with upfitting — shelving, ladder racks, crane bodies, toolboxes Organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing a high-volume fleet independently No CDL or
