This candidate will be responsible for inbound/outbound orders, inventory management, storage, and accurate documentation of packaged material for the assigned dock. Pay $20.00 per hour Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Shipping and Receiving Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities Supervise daily shipping and receiving activities. Lead and train warehouse associates, forklift operators, and shipping/receiving clerks. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer and production schedules. Verify shipping documents, bills of lading, packing lists, and receiving records. Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies. Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits. Communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal departments regarding shipment status. Enforce OSHA, company safety, and environmental regulations. Shipping and Receiving Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications Warehouse and logistics management experience. Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations. Experience with Microsoft Excel. Experience operating Forklifts. Ability to operate equipment safely in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift. High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be dependable, punctual, and safety focused.
