ull Job Description JHC Ventures is looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Coordinator / Driver to join our team in Cleburne, Texas . This hybrid position combines warehouse operations and local delivery driving using a 21' trailer . You'll be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and delivering materials safely and efficiently to designated locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Duties:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine counts Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Communicate with the team to coordinate daily logistics

Driving Duties:

Safely operate a vehicle with a 21' trailer to deliver goods to job sites or customers Load and unload shipments, ensuring items are secured and handled properly Confirm delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance issues Represent the company professionally during customer interactions Follow all road safety rules and company driving procedures

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience towing and maneuvering a 21' trailer required Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organization Bilingual / Spanish speacker is a plus Self-motivated and able to work independently
